• Shipping from Armenia to different countries typically takes 2-3 weeks. For South America, Australia, and Oceania, it may extend to a month or even longer. Please note that shipping times can be influenced by circumstances beyond our control, such as delays in customs and other unforeseen factors. Your patience is appreciated.
• Deliveries within the US (from our US warehouse) usually take 2-5 business days for a quicker turnaround.

3. What shipping carriers do you use?

• We leverage reputable carriers to ensure your order reaches you reliably. Our primary partners include:
• Haypost (Armenian National Postal Operator)
• Onex
• For express shipping: FedEx and EMS (Please contact us before placing an order, and express shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.)
