The book includes twenty five tales selected from the book of Kalila and Dimna. It has been retold in a simple and understandable language. The popular book of Kalila and Dimna was written around two thousand years ago in Sanskrit. In the reign of the Sasanian King Khosrov Anushirvan, it was translated into Pahlavi, and much later it was translated from Persian into Arabic. Around five hundred years later the book was translated into Persian.
When writing the tales, the author’s purpose was to teach the readers moral rules, the secrets of life, so that they will not only enjoy reading them, but also learn positive things. The majority of tales is written in animals' language.
This is the first volume from the series Good Tales for Smart Children.
