Description
The author of the fairy tale "Alice in Wonderland" is the English mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll is his literary pseudonym). This is a story about a little girl named Alice, who, falling down the rabbit hole, finds herself in an imaginary world inhabited by strange creatures and encounters amazing adventures. The fairy tale has long been a favorite of both children and adults. It is full of mathematical, linguistic and philosophical allusions, jokes and puns and is considered one of the best examples of the literary genre of the absurd. The fairy tale had a particularly great influence on the fantasy genre: "Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Saw There" is the logical continuation of the first story - the second part of the fairy tale.
