Description
The second novel of the "Motherland" trilogy, "Anthem" (Hymn), is written on the principle of a combination of cinematography, screenplay and poetic prose. Through the reinterpretation of the national symbols of Armenia, the author artistically presents the Armenian reality of the 2010s, the representatives of the sexual minorities seeking happiness in the conditions of that reality. The main characters are three women, each of whom has his own version of family happiness. When one in three becomes a surrogate mother, the characters face a turning point.
