Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original tags and packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.
To request a return, email us at cs@onlinearmenianstore.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. The return address may differ from the address shown on the original package. Please do not return an item to the sender or directly to a vendor unless instructed by Online Armenian Store. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you remain responsible for the package until it is received at the authorized return location.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
If Online Armenian Store or one of our fulfillment vendors shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue, including reasonable return or replacement shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, custom or personalized products, personal-care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and sale or clearance items.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return. This section does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, after the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement. If the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before placing another order.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an authorized return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds generally include the price paid for the returned product and the original standard shipping charge. However, original shipping charges may be non-refundable in certain circumstances, particularly for international orders shipped from Armenia or when substantial non-recoverable shipping costs were incurred. Any non-refundable shipping amount will be explained when your return is reviewed.
Return shipping paid by the customer for a change-of-mind return is not refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
