📑 Vendor Terms (Simplified)
- Accurate Product Info: Vendors must provide clear descriptions and photos. Any returns due to incorrect info are the vendor’s responsibility.
- Pricing: Vendors provide wholesale and suggested retail prices. We ask vendors not to undercut retail prices outside the platform.
- Payments: Monthly, based on invoices. Paid within 10 business days.
- Payment Holds: If vendors handle shipping themselves, payments may be held for 10 days after delivery to ensure successful receipt.
