📦 Shipping

1. Do you ship internationally?

• Yes. We ship Armenian products to customers worldwide. Standard shipping starts at $14.99, and the exact cost is displayed at checkout. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

2. How long does shipping take?

• Orders shipped from Armenia are typically processed within 3–4 business days and usually arrive within approximately 3–4 weeks. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, and local conditions may extend delivery times.
• Products shipped from the United States typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

3. Who fulfills products shipped from the United States?

• Products marked “Shipped from US” may be fulfilled directly by Online Armenian Store or shipped by one of our approved U.S.-based vendors.

4. Which shipping carriers do you use?

• Orders from Armenia are shipped through HayPost or Onex. Onex is also used for shipments from Armenia to customers in the United States.
• Express shipments may use FedEx, EMS, or another express carrier. Please contact us before ordering for availability and an individual quote.
• U.S.-fulfilled orders may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier.

5. Can items from the same order arrive separately?

• Yes. If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers. There is no additional shipping charge beyond the amount displayed at checkout.

6. Can I track my order?

• Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.

7. Can I return my product?

8. Do you accept product personalization requests?

• Yes, selected products can be personalized (for example, books with gift notes or customized scarves). Check the product page for personalization options before ordering.

9. Where are your products made?

• Most of our items are handcrafted in Armenia, supporting local artisans and small businesses. Some products are created by Armenians around the world or are specially designed Armenia-themed items. Each piece celebrates Armenian culture and heritage.

10. How do I care for my product?

• Each item has care instructions on its product page. For example:
  • Scarves: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Books: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Chocolates/Food: Keep in a cool place and check packaging for expiration dates.
