These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of onlinearmenianstore.com and any purchase you make through the website. This website is operated by IRUZZI LLC (“Online Armenian Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, you may not use the website or our services.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website or products for an illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect information about others without authorization, or violate applicable laws or the rights of another person.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, and minor variations may occur in handmade or traditionally crafted products.
Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued without notice. We may limit the quantity of a product sold to any customer, household, account, address, or order. All offers are void where prohibited by law.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to review, refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, shipping restrictions, unusually large quantities, or orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable fees may be added as described during checkout or charged by the destination country.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, shipping, or availability errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payments are processed through Shopify and other authorized payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products may be shipped from Armenia, the United States, or another location identified on the product page or during checkout.
Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed shipment, or a refused delivery may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

6. International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges
International orders may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount collected by us unless expressly stated during checkout.
We cannot control or predict these charges and cannot declare an order as a gift or intentionally misstate its value or contents. Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their destination country.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and non-returnable products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
You must contact us before sending an item back. Merchandise returned without authorization may not be accepted. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at cs@onlinearmenianstore.com. We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If an order has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
10. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, and display submitted content for operating and promoting Online Armenian Store, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
Unsolicited product proposals and vendor submissions do not create a confidential, employment, partnership, or payment obligation. Vendor relationships are subject to separate written terms or agreements.
11. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content—including text, graphics, branding, design, photographs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to IRUZZI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Product names, images, artwork, trademarks, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRUZZI LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and IRUZZI LLC regarding your use of the website and purchases through Online Armenian Store.
Separate written agreements, including approved vendor agreements, are governed by their own terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms, the website, or purchases made through the website may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived in the customer’s place of residence.
