All products are reviewed before being accepted to ensure that they are a good fit for our store and customers.
How It Works
- Apply: Contact us through our application form or by email and tell us about your products.
- Review: We review your product selection, pricing, availability, and fulfillment options.
- Agree on the details: Wholesale pricing, retail positioning, payment schedules, shipping responsibilities, and other terms are agreed individually.
- Create the listings: Approved products are added to Online Armenian Store with professional descriptions and product information.
- Fulfill orders: Depending on the arrangement, orders may be shipped directly by the vendor or coordinated through Online Armenian Store.
- Get paid: Vendor payments are made according to the individually agreed schedule and terms.
Fulfillment Options
In most cases, vendors keep their inventory and ship products directly when an order is received.
For vendors located in Armenia, Online Armenian Store may also help coordinate shipping to international customers. Other fulfillment or consignment arrangements may be considered depending on the products and vendor location.
If an order contains products from multiple vendors or fulfillment locations, the customer may receive separate packages and tracking numbers.

Approved vendors are expected to provide:
- Accurate product descriptions and specifications
- High-quality product photographs
- Wholesale pricing and current availability
- Secure and appropriate packaging
- Timely order processing
- Valid tracking information for directly shipped orders

- Coordination of returns, refunds, and order issues

All customer communication is managed through Online Armenian Store. Vendors should not contact customers directly unless specifically authorized by us.
Pricing
Online Armenian Store sets the final retail price based on the vendor’s wholesale price, product positioning, fulfillment costs, and mutually agreed pricing expectations.
OAS and the vendor coordinate advertised pricing to avoid significant price differences across sales channels.
