Online Armenian Store ships products from Armenia and the United States. Depending on the product, orders may be fulfilled directly by Online Armenian Store or by one of our approved vendors.

Shipping from Armenia

Orders from Armenia are shipped through HayPost or Onex. HayPost is used for worldwide delivery, while Onex is also used for shipments from Armenia to customers in the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Standard delivery to most countries usually takes approximately 3–4 weeks, although customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may extend the delivery time.

Express shipping may be available through FedEx, EMS, or another express carrier. Please contact us before ordering for availability and an individual shipping quote.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping starts at $14.99 and varies based on the products in your order and destination. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping from the United States

Products marked “Shipped from US” may be fulfilled directly by Online Armenian Store or shipped by one of our approved U.S.-based vendors.

U.S.-fulfilled orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier, depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment location. Delivery within the United States typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.

Split shipments

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers. There is no additional shipping charge beyond the amount displayed at checkout.

Customs duties and import fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost collected by Online Armenian Store.

Customs procedures may delay delivery. Online Armenian Store cannot control or guarantee customs processing times.
