A one-month tour, the beginning of which is theatrical, the end - the laws of life. Ten ordinary citizens of an amateur troupe, young, honest and adventurous, leave the capital for a crucial summer tour. Involuntarily crossing the border into a neighboring enemy state, the band had to play on the brink of life and death instead of on stage at the end of the tour. Struggling for life, each of them finds time to examine the years they have lived. They reveal in each other courage and cowardice, devotion and denial. Nine out of ten return to the country, but the fate of all of them has already been irreparably changed.
