This book of the series "Armenian classics" is devoted to one of the greatest representatives of the Armenian lyric poetry Nahapet Kuchak. It contains the works of the author, his biography with additional details, interesting information and fragments of his life. Approved by RA National Institute of Education as an additional educational manual.
Nahapet Kuchak (died 1592) was an Armenian medieval poet, one of the first ashughs. He is best known for his hairens, "couplets with a single coherent theme." Kuchak was probably born in the village of Kharakonis, near the city of Van. He lived his entire life near the Lake Van area.
