Find The Pair - Notable Armenians
This game is a fun way to teach children important values and knowledge. It will broaden their understanding, contribute to the development of their worldview, and help them to improve their memory, attention, observation, and competitive skills.
Instructions
The game is composed of 20 pairs of cards each representing 20 notable figures from Armenian history.Arrange the cards on the table and allow the participants a few seconds to carefully examine them. Then, have the youngest participant select one card and try to find its matching pair. The player with the most pairs at the end of the game is the winner. You can also play this game with two players. The game ends when all pairs have been found.
Line up all the cards, set a timer, and have the child try to find as many pairs as possible within a set time limit, such as 10 seconds.
Tell a humorous story about each of the notable Armenians featured on the cards. This will make it easier for the child to memorize new information due to the interesting combinations.
